What data I receive
- What you write in the form yourself: name, phone, email, preferred way to reply, the gist of your question, brand name.
- Technical data that a browser sends to any website: IP address, device and browser type. It's processed by the hosting provider.
- If you agreed to analytics, anonymised visit statistics.
Why
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To carry out what we've agreed, if you become a client.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Legal basis for processing: your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and the preparation and performance of a legal services agreement.
Who else sees the data
Requests from the form pass through the hosting server and are sent to me on Telegram; they are not stored on the site. Technically this is provided by Cloudflare (hosting) and Telegram. I don't sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
Everything you tell me about your situation I keep confidential, just as in a consultation.
How long it's kept
Requests that don't lead to further work are deleted within a year. Client documents are kept as long as the law or the protection of your interests requires.
Your rights
You can find out what data of yours I hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email me, and I'll reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
